Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NutriGoals! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NutriGoals mobile application ("App") provided by Groa Online OÜ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company domiciled in Estonia. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

2. Use of the App

The App provides tools for tracking nutrition, analyzing meals, and generating meal plans using AI and computer vision technology. The App is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional healthcare, medical, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload any images that do not relate to meals, snacks, or supplements.
• Manipulate inputs to disrupt the intended functionality of the App or its third-party integrations.
• Engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity while using the App.

Violation of these provisions may result in termination of your access to the App without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App operates on a subscription model. Users can select either a monthly or annual subscription plan. A 3-day trial period is available for first-time users, after which the selected plan will be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform used for subscription management (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Personal data such as age, gender, weight, and location (country/region).
• Photos of meals, dietary preferences, allergies, and lifestyle data to provide personalized insights.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services, including but not limited to Firebase (authentication, analytics, and storage) and OpenAI (nutritional analysis and AI-generated meal plans). While we strive to ensure these services function reliably, we disclaim liability for errors, inaccuracies, or outages caused by these third-party providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights, meal analysis, or meal plans. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Nutritional insights are generated using third-party AI and may not be accurate in all cases.
• The App does not replace professional healthcare or nutritional advice.
• You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and its outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groa Online OÜ and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Errors in meal analysis, meal plan recommendations, or other App functionality, including allergens in recommended meals.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Estonia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
